 In a Christmas miracle of sorts funding of Everything Dies through Kickstarter has reached over 100%! What does this mean? Well, funds will be relinquished to me (or taken from backers’ accounts) until Jan. 15, the original end date. People still have the opportunity to donate if they would like some of the special offers they can get though donating. Any extra money will go towards making the new books look beautiful and raising the amount of books published. If the extra money reaches about $700-$800 it will also fully fund the printing of Everything Dies #3!

First of all, I updated my last two posts to include the answers and the "also rans", so if you didn't notice that, go and check out the lists and let me know where I am wrong (I am not wrong). Favourite movies of 2009 Least favourite movies of 2009But, more importantly, my lovely wife has her annual worst-movie-reviews featuring the movies on my list that she had to sit through. (Except for Fast & Furious, which she secretly loves). Check it out here!

Here are five things I don't hate. *jumps on bandwagon* 1. this picture:  Princess Von Warhammer and her awesome friend Countess Murderface. 2.Orlando! The Ginger Tom  the real Orlando (still macking on the ladies!)  I love how well observed and realistic Kathleen Hale's illustrations were. For example when Orlando's Wife was shopping for a swimsuit -they had six cups! (Orlando's wife is a tabby cat, just so you don't get all freaked out) 3.  Batternburg Cake! Also anything else encased in marzipan. 4. These revolting looking chocolates 5.Superjail! The most perfect show on earth.

Starring skunks: 11. THIS IS NOT ZOMBIELAND! 10. 9. 8. 7. 6. 5. 4. 3. 2. 1. NOTES - Three of the movies were released in the US last year, but here in Australia this year. One of the movies is a straight to DVD release. I only counted movies I made it all the way through - which kept three real stinkers off the list. EDIT OK, only about half of them were figured out, but that is not surprising, since most people wouldn't sit through these turds. ( Answers... )The three movies I had to turn off: Igor The Goods: Live Hard Sell Hard Observe and Report Movies that looked like they would have made the list had I seen them: Confessions of a Shopoholic Knowing Probably a heap of others... Jess will be posting reviews of a few of these terrible, terrible films today.

If you have been keeping up on the Pages in Sequence blog, you’d know that the production of Everything Dies 1 and 2 is nearing it’s completion and we are less than $500 away from the publishing being fully funded. On this holiest of weeks, might I suggest that you help to fully fund this project? It’s very holy.

I really like the composition for this one. Here is the problem. This smoking character never appears in Everything Dies at all (it's a totally smoke-free book!). I think I am going to recreate the composition with The Master from "Heart of Stonework" as the character, but use the same composition. Here is an updated cover with the Master from Heart of Stonework. Though, it sort of loses something without that cigarette. Also: the mustache needs work. I think I need a reference photo of Hulk Hogan.
Kickstarter news: Only 4 more backers until we reach our sexy mini-goal of 69 backers! Everyone who donates gets some sweet stuff. Minimally, you'll get copies of these books, but the more you donate the more you get.

I had a friend in college who Neuman-ly never went to class when it rained out.
Just a month left on Kickstarter ! There seems to be a stall in the donations, must be that whole Christmas thing. I sure hope it picks up after Christmas…or right now!
